DEFINITIONS<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\"Carrier\"<\/b>\u00a0refers to the company\u00a0\u00a0<b>CRUCEROS MARGARITA S.L.<\/b>which provides passenger transport services with its vessels under any operational and\/or management regime.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\"Maritime excursion\"<\/b> refers, as an exclusively commercial concept, to the regular passenger transport service by maritime routes in accordance with the Maritime Transport Law of the Balearic Government. This service is associated with passenger ships departing from a port and, after following a predetermined fare,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>itinerary, and destination set by the carrier or shipowner, returning to the port within a maximum of 12 hours. Intermediate stops are allowed, but all passengers must complete the entire pre-established route defined by the company.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\"Vessel\"\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0refers to the ship used for maritime or inland navigation, classified as a passenger vessel in category 2.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\"Passenger contract\"<\/b>\u00a0refers to the maritime transport agreement between the carrier and a passenger for the provision of one or more transport services on regular or non-regular lines.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>\"Ticket\" or \"boarding pass\"<\/b>\u00a0refers to the document duly issued by the carrier as proof of the concluded maritime transport contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>2. APPLICABLE LAW AND LIABILITY REGIME<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This passenger transport contract for maritime excursions is governed by Spanish law, EU regulations, and international conventions to which Spain is a party. Specifically,\u00a0Law 14\/2014, of July 24, on Maritime Navigation, applies and is considered part of this passenger contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>3. PASSENGER CONTRACT AND TICKET<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Through the passenger contract, documented by the issuance of the corresponding ticket and\/or boarding pass, the carrier agrees, in exchange for a fare, to transport the passenger and, if applicable, their luggage on the corresponding line.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The ticket is personal and non-transferable and may be issued in electronic format. The contract is considered finalized only upon full prior payment of the ticket duly issued by the carrier. The passenger is understood to have expressly accepted all terms and conditions upon using the ticket as proof of transport. If the passenger fails to appear for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, it will be understood that they forfeit their right to board, and their seat may be reassigned to another passenger.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Only individuals with a valid ticket and\/or boarding pass for the specified date, time, and route will be allowed to board. The carrier is not responsible for the loss of the ticket or boarding pass, and passengers must retain these documents throughout the journey. For any claims, a copy of the ticket and boarding pass must be presented; otherwise, the claim will not be processed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The carrier offers transport subject to general, promotional, and\/or special fares, duly published at official sales points and on the company's website. The carrier reserves the right to modify these fares and schedules without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The carrier is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or hand luggage and reserves the right to deny boarding or disembarkation depending on the passenger's condition. TIMETABLES, ROUTE, BOARDING, AND CANCELLATIONS<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The timetables for each maritime excursion are predetermined and publicly available for consultation in paper format at official sales points and in digital format on the carrier's website (<a href=\"\/en\/(https:\/\/www.crucerosmargarita.com\/).\/\"><span class=\"s1\">(https:\/\/www.crucerosmargarita.com\/).<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The carrier reserves the right to modify announced timetables or suspend and cancel transport for safety, organizational, weather-related, or force majeure reasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A \"boarding deadline\" of at least 30 minutes before departure will be established, after which boarding will be denied. The carrier declines all responsibility for denied boarding to passengers who fail to present themselves on time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The carrier has the freedom to execute the transport following the route and itinerary it deems most appropriate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Cancellation conditions for passengers:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>At least 48 hours before departure:<\/b>\u00a0No penalty, full refund.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Less than 48 hours before departure or without notice:<\/b>\u00a0Total loss of the paid amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>5. DISCIPLINE ON BOARD<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The captain holds command of the vessel and has the authority to take all necessary measures to maintain order and ensure safety on board. Passengers must comply with the captain's instructions, without prejudice to their right to file complaints once the vessel has reached port.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Passengers must remain seated throughout the journey in their assigned seats and are not permitted to extend their hands, arms, or any body part outside the vessel. These recordings will be stored for the legally authorized period, and passengers consent to being recorded for safety purposes. These recordings may be made available to State Control, Inspection, and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Security Services if requested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>6. MAIN SERVICE, ANCILLARY SERVICES, AND TAX REGIME<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In accordance with\u00a0Law 37\/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), passenger maritime transport services are subject to the current reduced VAT rate of 10%. Ancillary services provided on board, such as refreshments, are taxed together with the main transport service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>7.
